That was 1st class hotel set in good area, not far from shopping and Restaurants as well as other attractions of Chennai such as Marina beach/Kappaleshwar temple. The room was maintained well variety in breakfast lobby and available with nice view, all comforts, housekeeping ‘ mr Prasad. On site rooftop restaurant for both Non-veg and Vegetarian cuisines.

Liked the behaviour of employees. They are not shwy but really concerned about the comfort of the guest. I had left behind money in the shirt for laundry. It was returned with a polite note. I appreciate this.
The employees do not look relaxed. They seem to be working under some kind of pressure.

The hotel is a great and extraordinary place with free Wi-Fi and a rooftop restaurant. the executive queen room is updated and offers views of the swimming pool. the setting is good, near the airport shuttle, and the rooftop restaurant is a plus. the buffet breakfast in the restaurant is lovely and adequate.

The location and the staff were the best part of the hotel. I must say, the staff (Hareesh - the duty manager) in particular was excellent. He tried his best to help when I asked for assstance.
